This event focuses on welcome for beginners and solo participants: every day, introductory workshops are offered with no prerequisites, plus plenty of group moments to connect.

It is possible to cancel at any time, even during your stay (at the latest the day before), keeping the unused amount as credit for next year for yourself or a friend.

In case of cancellation or early departure, you have the possibility to cancel your reservation free of charge directly online the day before for the next day. In this case, the remaining credit will be transferred to the following year for yourself or a friend. Thus, it is more strategic to book in advance with the early bird rate advantage, even if you have to transfer or postpone your days to the following year, rather than buying on-site at the last minute at the standard rate.

At 14:52 minutes, you can see the magnificent natural setting in which the event takes place, as well as the small village where we are located.

➡️Our event takes place in an idyllic setting, with over 36,000 m² of land at our disposal, ideal for relaxation and regeneration. Cool off in the river by taking a natural clay bath, climb Mont Aiguille, kitesurf on Lake Monteynard, Via Ferrata and canoeing on Lake Sautet, easy hikes on the circuits of the Himalayan Footbridges or the 2nd largest spring in France (Les Sources des Gillardes), great mountain hikes (Châtel, Obiou), paragliding take-off area… here are some of the activities available in this magnificent region where we will be and all this in less than 30 minutes!
To put our values into action, here is the charter:
➡️ Inclusivity: daily icebreakers and free workshops
➡️ Ecology and global impact: two organic meals a day (suitable for vegans). Zero waste, local producers and composting
➡️ Healthy living: no drugs, no excessive alcohol. With the beautiful program and state of mind we will have, we really won't need it to connect with others.
➡️ Consent and respect for the integrity of others: no aggressive or non-consensual behavior. No cigarettes or electronic cigarettes on the entire 36,000 m² outdoor area.
➡️ Serenity, relaxation and attention to others: limited speakers, no animals
➡️ Mixing social classes: an event financially accessible to all, thanks to collective participation. Prices are kept very low compared to other types of holidays: for the same price as a camping pitch in a tourist area in high season, at Acrolonie, we have accommodation as well as 2 organic lunches and dinners, and more than 7 hours of daily workshops.
☯️ State of mind: good-natured, general public, and conviviality. Tolerance and respect for other participants as well as locals are the key words of this event. We also ask you to show modesty and restraint in your displays of affection, your behavior, and your words.
